Changes

• Own teammates can no longer be damaged in the URF event
• Slightly reduced the damage of War
• Slightly reduced the damage of Prinze Drazzak
• To give players time to respond, Prince Drazzak will now freeze in place for 1.5 seconds after using his teleportation ability
• Reduced the damage of Apocalypse in the Wrath of the Seven quest
• Reduced the damage of Arpia in the Wrath of the Seven quest
• Potentially fixed a server crash that has rarely occured over the past weeks
